Product information
Small plate-loaded levers train the muscles that most gyms never load: grip, wrist flexion and the tibialis at the front of the shin. The pad sits against the front of the shin and the heel lifts against the plate, which is the only way to load the tibialis directly.
The range is short by design, so a light plate is enough; the pads are replaceable.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish, sealed bearings at every pivot and laser-cut adjustment plates. Free OEM on logo plate, frame colour and packaging.
