The upper arm stays against the pad through the whole range, which keeps the tension on the long head instead of letting the elbow drift.
The seat and arm pad adjust independently, so the start position can be set shallow or deep.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish. The stack runs on silent linear bearings over nylon pulleys, with a 5 mm wear-resistant cable and a shielded guide rod. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
