The sled runs on a fixed angle with the hips locked, so the load stays on the legs and off the lumbar spine.
The back pad reclines and the platform angle is fixed; the start position adjusts for shorter legs.
3 mm steel tube frame with a two-coat, two-bake finish. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys, a 5 mm cable and a counterweighted stack. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
