The upper arm rests on the pad, so the biceps cannot be helped by the shoulder and the set stays honest at the top of the range.
Seat height adjusts to line the elbow up with the pivot; the pad angle suits both strict curls and hammer grip.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish. The stack runs on silent linear bearings over nylon pulleys, with a 5 mm wear-resistant cable and a shielded guide rod. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
