Product information
The thigh pad keeps the hips against the seat so the hamstring does the work instead of the lower back arching. Seated with the hips at 90 degrees, the hamstring is loaded at length — the position a lying curl cannot reach.
The shin pad adjusts along the lever, which changes the torque curve for shorter and longer legs.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish. The stack runs on silent linear bearings over nylon pulleys, with a 5 mm wear-resistant cable and a shielded guide rod. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
