Product information
The thigh pad holds the hips against the seat, so the hamstring works without the lower back arching to help. Kneeling fixes the hips at 90 degrees, which puts the hamstring under stretch at the top of the curl.
The shin pad moves along the lever, which changes the torque curve for different leg lengths.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, two-coat two-bake powder finish, replaceable wear pads and stainless hardware through the frame. Free OEM on logo plate, frame colour and packaging.
