Product information
The arms travel on a fixed arc, so the set stays on the chest instead of turning into a press when the weight goes up. The rear-delt version reverses the same path. The same arm path reversed: the handles are driven back and out, which puts the work on the rear delt and mid-traps rather than the chest.
Range stops can be set on both sides, which makes it usable for post-injury members as well as heavy sets.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
