The back pad carries the shoulder blades while the hips drive up against the stack, which is the position where the glute takes the load instead of the lower back.
The pad height and foot platform adjust, so tall and short members can both finish the rep with the hips level.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
