The frame carries two machines on a shared weight stack and a single seat position, so a superset needs one changeover instead of a walk across the floor. One side loads the spinal erectors from a hip hinge, the other loads the abs from a crunch.
Each side keeps its own range stop, which means both movements can be set for the same member without compromise.
3 mm steel tube frame with a two-coat, two-bake finish. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys, a 5 mm cable and a counterweighted stack. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
