The chest pad takes the lower back out of the lift, so the row can be trained heavy without the torso swinging.
The handle takes a wide or narrow grip, and the plate horn sits forward of the feet for a clean pull.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, two-coat two-bake powder finish, replaceable wear pads and stainless hardware through the frame. Free OEM on logo plate, frame colour and packaging.
