The hip pad sets the pivot just below the crest, so the movement comes from the hip hinge rather than the lumbar spine.
The pad height adjusts along the frame and the handles are there for support, not for pulling.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish. The stack runs on silent linear bearings over nylon pulleys, with a 5 mm wear-resistant cable and a shielded guide rod. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
