Each arm runs on its own lever, which means the strong side cannot take over the rep and the imbalance shows up instead of being masked. The handles start at shoulder height and travel overhead, so the front delt and triceps carry the press rather than the chest.
The seat and back pad adjust on numbered plates; the start position can be set shallow or deep depending on shoulder comfort.
Built from 3 mm steel tube with a two-coat, two-bake powder finish and sealed bearings at the moving joints. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
