The sled runs on a fixed track with the hips locked into the pad, so the load stays on the legs and the lower back is not compressed.
The platform takes plates on both sides and the start position adjusts for leg length.
The frame is 3 mm steel tube throughout, powder coated twice and baked twice. Pivots run on sealed bearings and the wear pads are replaceable. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
