The chest pad carries the torso through flexion while the hips stay pinned, so the set stays on the abdominal wall.
The range stop can be set short for members who cannot yet reach a full crunch.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
