The thigh pad keeps the hips against the seat so the hamstring does the work instead of the lower back arching.
The shin pad adjusts along the lever, which changes the torque curve for shorter and longer legs.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
