Each arm runs on its own lever, which means the strong side cannot take over the rep and the imbalance shows up instead of being masked. The back pad is fixed at an incline, which puts the load on the upper chest rather than spreading it across the whole pec.
The seat and back pad adjust on numbered plates; the start position can be set shallow or deep depending on shoulder comfort.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish, sealed bearings at every pivot and laser-cut adjustment plates. Free OEM on logo plate, frame colour and packaging.
