The pad carries the torso through flexion and rotation at the same time, so a set works the rectus abdominis and both oblique groups instead of only the front wall. The hips stay pinned under the thigh pads and the movement comes from the waist.
A range limiter on the rotation arm can be set per user — useful on a public floor where tall and short members share one machine. Seat height and chest pad adjust without tools.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish, sealed bearings at the pivot, laser-cut adjustment plates. Free OEM on logo plate, frame colour and packaging.
