The thigh pads hold the hips square, so the rotation comes from the waist instead of the lower back. It is the one plane most floors never load.
The rotation range is set by a pin on each side, and the start position can be shortened for members with a stiff spine.
3 mm steel tube frame, two-coat two-bake powder finish. The stack runs on silent linear bearings over nylon pulleys, with a 5 mm wear-resistant cable and a shielded guide rod. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
