The back pad carries the spine at a fixed angle, so the set can go deep without the torso folding and the load stays on the quads. The sled runs on a straight linear track, which fixes the path and keeps the knees tracking over the toes.
Shoulder pads and back pad adjust together; the safety stop sets the bottom position.
Built from 3 mm steel tube with a two-coat, two-bake powder finish and sealed bearings at the moving joints. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
