Chest Press / Shoulder Press

The frame carries two machines on a shared weight stack and a single seat position, so a superset needs one changeover instead of a walk across the floor. The handles start at shoulder height and travel overhead, so the front delt and triceps carry the press rather than the chest.

Each side keeps its own range stop, which means both movements can be set for the same member without compromise.

Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
