The frame carries two machines on a shared weight stack and a single seat position, so a superset needs one changeover instead of a walk across the floor. One station swings the legs apart for the glute medius and together for the adductors, with the start width set on a numbered scale.
Each side keeps its own range stop, which means both movements can be set for the same member without compromise.
Welded 3 mm steel tube, twin powder coat. Silent linear bearings, nylon pulleys and a 5 mm cable keep the pull smooth and quiet, and the shroud is 2 mm steel. Free OEM on logo plate, colour and packaging.
